Hi! My name is Jyoti Gulati. I have 20+ years of professional experience. I was Vice-President with Polaris Software Labs, Vice-President with Citigroup, Director with American Express before I set up Mums At Work™, which coaches women on authentic leadership & life skills to have it all - success at work and at home.
As you know - Only 5% of working women reach the top layer in India, as per a recent study published by Forbes. The biggest reason for this is the inability to manage it all - career, childcare, domestic responsibilities, gender bias at work, extreme work conditions, security.

I have worked in the last six and a half years working not only with women who leaked out of the corporate pipeline by supporting them to set-up successful entrepreneurial ventures
to find a fulfilling career, identity and confidence; but also supporting corporate professionals on the verge of quitting to get access to their own power & leadership depth to hang-on and create success at work along with finding joyful partnership with their spouses / in-laws, where earlier the relationships were heading towards a break-up.

Women professionals from all over the country share with me the same frustrations:

  1. There is no time flexibility to be fully available to their kids, raise them the way they would like to, and be a part of their world; leaving them feeling guilty and stressed.
  2. Between office and home responsibilities, there is just no time for their own interests, passions and personal growth because of which the joy of living extinguishes over a period of time, with life replaced with a robotic existence.
  3. Relationship with husband becomes stressed, loneliness builds up with two hectic careers to manage.
  4. Compromises along the way bring mediocrity and monotony at work, as an outcome of which the job becomes boring with no creative fulfilment.
  5. There is a sense of hopelessness and burn-out, which is usually pushed under the carpet, with no time or space to express it. At some point; what’s under the carpet blows up and the woman who has worked hard at school, college and at work before marriage and children happened; simply gives up and walks out to leave only 5% to move forward. Most of those who do move forward also have a price to pay - late or no marriages, late or no children, disconnectedness with children or spouse or with self.

It doesn't have to be this way. We have a five-stage continual-development leadership coaching and facilitation process that supports women professionals to access their Power to Create™ to Have It All - deeply fulfilling successful career, joyful relationships, happy responsible kids and lots of nourishing me-time. With this process, everything changes:
  1. She is happy at having accessed her inner leadership strength to create a structure of success at home; with her spouse, in-laws and children supporting her to grow in her career. 
  2. She exudes quiet confidence as she deepens her mastery over her craft at work and nurtures her team around her to experience the joy of excellence.
  3. She is peaceful at a much deeper level; with greater energy to invest in her relationships that now expand her rather than deplete her, both at home and at work.
  4. She is deeply fulfilled raising happy responsible kids by understanding the science of parenting and relationships.
  5. She feels joy instead of guilt about taking time out for herself to explore her own passions and expresses herself creatively.
  6. She experiences the freedom to be.
  7. She is settled knowing and seeing that the world does not need to transform for her to have it all, the power lies in her.

Unlike other programs, our proprietary Integrated Leadership Development process follows a multi-disciplinary approach to give practical tools and life-skills for the woman professional to create transformational results at work and at home:
  1. Our Leadership Development process integrates principles from Brain Science, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Action Learning, Ontology, Cellular Healing, Spirituality, Philosophy, Leadership & Business. Instead of a blinkered approach to solve the tip of the ice-berg, we take a systemic view and bring together leadership coaching, healing methodologies, success coaching, life-style design, life coaching and community building to transform the whole.
  2. Focus on implementation of learnings rather than conceptual knowledge through month-on-month review and reflection on breakthroughs and breakdowns.
  3. Networking with a strong community of women professionals & entrepreneurs, who support each other to grow - professionally and personally.
  4. Fire-side chats and socratic discussions with successful role-models for inspiration and learnings.
  5. Group coaching sessions for powerful cross-learnings integrated with personalised coaching to transform limiting thought patterns, behaviour, habits and blind spots such that the participants are equipped with authentic leadership skills to create fulfilling success at work and at home.

And, with the above, the talent leakage is effectively sealed.

We have found that our work supports women, not yet married and married women not yet mothers, just as powerfully as they design their lives much before they are torn apart by the inevitable life-stages of marriage, pregnancy and motherhood. Our participants have created greater professional success during their pregnancy and afterwards; just because they were ready, professionally and personally, rather than be all over the place because of the unexpected changes that they didn't know how to handle.
