According to a study in the US, women entrepreneurs who hired employees in the first year of running their business became successful much faster than their peers who didn't. The study also found that women entrepreneurs tend to not hire, keeping their business small in order to maintain work-life balance. That's ironical because 'one-person business' creates greater stress and work-life imbalance than a successful, profitable and professionally managed business. To make that cut-over, requires the founder-entrepreneur to go beyond herself to unleash the leader within.
